Hotels and Accommodation

Here's our pick of the best or most convenient places to rest your weary bones during your trip.

Holiday Inn Express (£)

Basic but well-located. It’s on a busy traffic island but Simon enjoyed a short stay here.

Hotel Ibis (£)

Simple and modern rooms in an eye-catching building on the edge of the Lace Market. A great city location.

Jurys Inn Nottingham (£)

Modern hotel close to the train station. A 5-min walk from the Lace Market, and 10-min walk from the city centre.

Premier Inn Nottingham City Centre (£)

Close to the arboretum, the university, and a Costa Coffee. City centre is two tram stops away, or a 5-min stroll.

Hart’s Hotel (££)

Boutique hotel on the edge of the Park Estate with fine views, a renowned restaurant, and secluded gardens.

SACO Short-Stay Apartments (££)

Beautiful apartments on the edge of the prestigious Park Estate. The Ropewalk is very close to the city centre.

Holiday Inn Castle Marina (£)

As with the nearby Premier Inn, it’s a mile out of town.

Colwick Hall Hotel (££)

Why not stay at the wedding venue? Close to Colwick Country Park, but two miles from the city and a walk to a bus stop.

Premier Inn Castle Marina (£)

One mile from the city centre. A nice walk much of the way along the canal towpath.

Premier Inn Nottingham West (£)

Three miles outside the city centre but the tram stop is right next door (20 minute journey).
